וְזֹ֥את תּוֹרַ֖ת הַנָּזִ֑יר בְּי֗וֹם מְלֹאת֙ יְמֵ֣י נִזְר֔וֹ יָבִ֣יא אֹת֔וֹ אֶל־פֶּ֖תַח אֹ֥הֶל מוֹעֵֽד׃
This is the ritual for the Nazirite: On the day that the term Nazirite is completed, the person shall be brought to the entrance of the Tent of Meeting.
Rashi:
יביא אתו means he shall bring himself. This (the word אתו) is one of the three cases of את with a pronominal suffix, which R. Ishmael explained thus (as being reflexive and not accusative pronouns). Similar to it is, (Deuteronomy 34:6) ויקבר אתו בני "He (Moses) buried himself in the glen".
He must do himself reflexively, not assertively.
What did Nazir do? Not so much! A Nazarite (נָזִיר Nāzīr) is a man or woman who voluntarily took a vow. This vow required the Nazirite to Abstain from wine and all other grape products, such as vinegar and grapes. Refrain from cutting the hair on his head, and do not become ritually impure by contact with corpses or graves, even those of family members. After following these requirements for a designated period (which would be specified in the individual's vow), the Nazirite would offer a specific animal sacrifice; along with it, the Nazirite's hair was to be shorn and burned.
What does my initiative mean?
Suppose you do something on your own initiative. In that case, you plan it and decide to do it yourself without anyone telling you what to do. If you do something on your initiative, you plan it and decide to do it yourself without anyone telling you what to do: Alone, independently, solely, separately, individually, singly, single-handed, single-handedly;
Moshe had no one to bury him. Even the Angel of Death couldn't do it.,

Rashi: כי יפלא means, IF HE CLEARLY UTTERS
Ibn Ezra: יפלא.יעשה דבר פלא כי רוב העולם הולכים אחר תאותם:
The word yafli means: doing something out of the ordinary, for most people follow their lusts.

And if the priest sees that the rash has spread on the skin, the priest shall pronounce that person impure; it is leprosy.
נֶ֣גַע צָרַ֔עַת כִּ֥י תִהְיֶ֖ה בְּאָדָ֑ם וְהוּבָ֖א אֶל־הַכֹּהֵֽן׃
When a person has a scaly affection, it shall be reported to the priest.

את האלהים התהלך נח NOAH WALKED WITH GOD — In the case of Abraham Scripture says, (Genesis 24:40) ‘‘[God] before whom I walked”; Noah needed God’s support to uphold him in righteousness, Abraham drew his moral strength from himself and walked in his righteousness by his own effort (Genesis Rabbah 30:10).

You choose what's important. Your success depends upon you. You walk before G-d, and you decide not to follow the lusts that the world craves. All learned from this one little inference in verse.
