Are you obsessed with becoming a Gadol? Are you so fired up about your Parnasah? Are you consumed? Is it all you ever think about, about becoming a Tzadik? Rabbeinu Yonah Explains the Mishnah in Avos who was a wise man? He who learns from anyone. That means a three year old kid starts to talk Torah and your ears pirk up, perhaps the three year old kid starts to talk about candy and you love candy. And you listen up Rabbeinu Yonah explains.. if you love something, depending upon how much you love something, is how much you'll get out of it. If you're a plumber, and you start the plumbing business because you got to make money. Everybody always needs plumbing and you can make a fair amount of money doing plumbing. So you'll work five days a week and nine to five or whatever the hours are. You're not going to work on Saturday, or on Sunday or even late into the night. But if you love plumbing, if you're obsessed, you watch YouTube videos about plumbing. You order the plumbing magazine, you go to Home Depot to see PVC pipes in your free time you love plumbing, then you're gonna make a lot of money. You're gonna work on Sunday, you're gonna work on Saturday, you're gonna work till midnight because you love plumbing. You want to shortcut to the top, fall in love with what you do. When you become so dedicated, consumed and obsessed about it. You'll never stop.
