There Is No Finer Quality Than Acting With Tzniyus
This Dvar Torah on the Parsha explains why the second set of Luchos endured eternally while the first did not. The secret behind this success lies in the concept of tzniyus, or privacy. When Hashem gave us the Ten Commandments for a second time, it was done with more significant consideration for privacy and awe than before.
