After all, shabbos is over, so late, but perhaps grab a warm chamomile tea, cozy up and get snug for this story time edition of the Motivation Congregation.

Our hero, rabbi Yaakov Yisrael Kaniyevsky, or perhaps, as you know of him, the stapler going named that, nicknamed that because of where he had lived at one point in Hornestiple Our hero has now been drafted Balcorcha in to the Tsarist army, the Bolshevik Revolution in full swing, and now he's been sent to Siberia and he has been faced with a challenge.

The stapler going was now forced to be the Watchman, the Guardian, outside of this base.

And it was Friday night And the way it would work in this base was that they would take turns as the Watchman outside.

Due to this bitter and frigid cold, it could only withstand it for about a half hour, so the soldiers would take turns, cycling through the entire night to make sure there was always somebody watching.

But the way it would work was that they only had one sufficiently warm coat, so when one soldier would go outside he put the coat on and then he would leave it outside and go inside and leave the coat for the next soldier.

Now the problem was that it was now Lail Shabbos' court this Friday night and the stapler's job is now his half hour stint was Friday night and the soldier had now gone inside and he had left the coat for the stapler on the tree.

The stapler thought to himself Can't take it, shabbos' court is Muxa.

So the stapler said here's what I'm going to do.

He said I'm going to wait two minutes to try to see if I can do it and then I'll take the coat off the tree in two minutes because it's Muxa.

And then, after two minutes, when he was kind of probably lost in thought, thinking and learning, he said whoa, i've done two minutes already, i can do another two minutes.

And yes, two minutes by two minutes increments, until the stapler going withstood that entire Siberian frigid, cold winter with superhuman strength and how The gobble from Hornestiple, the great Trebyakov, yusro Kanievsky, understood that by incremental growth, two minutes by two minutes, a mensch can do a whole lot.
