A Parsha Packed so tightly. Manny seforim written on this Parsha. We do the more common before other less common topics. Let's dwell on a common phrase. "Love god with all your heart"- we are commanded to love god. Love God means to get butterflies when you here Hashem's name. the Rambam tell's us there is a special path to get to Love of Hashem. Rashi tells us another way. Let's focus on Rav Yerucham's. Approach to the verse, paramount idea in Slabodka- to love god with your heart means to serve god with hour special talents, special gifts.

Inside of Shulchan Aruch, we are required to maximize our talents. keeping with Halacha, using our special skills. Rabbi Kallish teaches this on a Mishnah in avos. We all have these talents. Give God those talents thats. This mitzvah to love god, give Hashem you insides. you must protect this skill. If not your ruchniyus is a table without legs. This is a new mitzvah and approach to Judaism
